"I cannot get ahold of my LOCAL TELEPHONE PROVIDER as fast as I can get ahold of one of you guys. And even when I can't get ahold of the person I think I need to get a hold of WHOEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE ACTUALLY HANDLES THE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please inform other companies on this planet how to do this. I have been an Administrator for 12 years and have never found a single vendor who is able to provide a product/service that is THIS user friendly. Friendly being the key word. Please forward this email to the highest level of your company as I hope they never change this basic business concept. Also, please let me know if this is a publicly traded company as I have not been as impressed with any company in terms of performance and ease of use in a long time. I have been trying for months to get your accounting department to post a check of mine they have cashed and not posted to my account. Your back room is ruining your relationship with this now former customer. Can you get someone with authority and brains to contact me and clear up your mess?
We have been using your Audio Conferencing for over a year now and the service has worked great. We have board members spread across the state from the Detroit area to the far reaches of the Michigan Upper Peninsula, so being able to teleconference has been very important. It has been easy to use and I have not had any complaints from the other board members on the service.
