"I cannot get ahold of my LOCAL TELEPHONE PROVIDER as fast as I can get ahold of one of you guys. And even when I can't get ahold of the person I think I need to get a hold of WHOEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE ACTUALLY HANDLES THE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please inform other companies on this planet how to do this. I have been an Administrator for 12 years and have never found a single vendor who is able to provide a product/service that is THIS user friendly. Friendly being the key word. Also, please let me know if this is a publicly traded company as I have not been as impressed with any company in terms of performance and ease of use in a long time.
